Public Offer Agreement for Audio Mastering Services

This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by Vasily Vladimirovich Goldakovsky—a payer of the tax on professional income (self-employed individual) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor')—to enter into an agreement for the provision of manual audio mastering services with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the 'Customer').

1. General Provisions and Acceptance of the Offer

  • In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document constitutes a public offer.
  • Acceptance of this offer is constituted by the Customer uploading audio material to their personal account on the website and making a 100% prepayment in accordance with the service's rates.
  • By accepting, the Customer confirms having read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement and Procedure for Rendering Services

  • The Contractor undertakes to process the provided audio material using professional studio equipment within the agreed timeframe.
  • The Customer provides source materials that meet the technical specifications: WAV or AIFF format (stereo), with peaks not exceeding -6 dBFS.
  • Сроки выполнения: Первый вариант финального мастера предоставляется Заказчику в течение 2–3 рабочих дней с момента успешной оплаты и поступления трека в работу.
  • Ревизии (правки): В стоимость услуги включены 2 бесплатные ревизии (корректировки). Срок внесения правок инженером составляет 1–2 рабочих дня с момента получения детального запроса от Заказчика.
  • Upon completion of the primary service, the Customer receives two files: a digital master and an analog master ('Product 19-67').

3. Cost of Services and Payment Terms

  • The base service fee is fixed at 5,000 ₽ or $50 per track. Additional services (stem mastering, mixing) are discussed on an individual basis.
  • Services are provided on the basis of 100% prepayment.
  • Payment is made via cashless methods using third-party payment gateways integrated into the website (bank cards, SBP, e-wallets, cryptocurrency). The Contractor does not collect or store the Customer's bank card payment details.

Privacy and Data Processing Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Final Master Lab service (represented by self-employed individual Vasily Vladimirovich Goldakovsky) may obtain about the User during their use of the website.

1. What data we collect

We collect only the information necessary for the operation of the personal account:

  • Name or nickname (to personalize your personal account).
  • Email address (for login, password recovery, and system notifications regarding order status).
  • Audio files (your tracks) for subsequent processing.
  • Technical data (cookies, IP address) are used exclusively to ensure security and the proper functioning of sessions on the website.

2. How we use your data

  • Providing access to the personal account functionality.
  • Providing audio mastering services and facilitating feedback.
  • Your email address will never be shared with third parties or used for spam without your consent.

3. Data Transmission and Information Protection

  • The Service does not transfer Users' personal data to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • Важно: Для проведения оплат на сайте используются защищенные сторонние платежные агрегаторы. Сервис Final Master Lab не получает, не обрабатывает и не хранит полные реквизиты ваших банковских карт.
  • We take all necessary measures to protect information against unauthorized access. Audio files are additionally protected by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. User rights

  • The user has the right to modify their data in the account settings.
  • The user may withdraw their consent to data processing and request the complete deletion of their account and uploaded files by sending an email to grushadushes@gmail.com.

Rules for Refunds and Acceptance of Work

1. Acceptance of work

  • If, within 7 (seven) calendar days following the delivery of the completed track (or revision) via the personal account, the Client does not request amendments or submit a reasoned refusal, the services shall be deemed duly rendered and automatically accepted in full.

2. Refund Policy

  • Since mastering is a custom manual audio processing service, refunds are not provided once the engineer has actually started working on the file.
  • To ensure satisfaction with the result, the cost of each order includes 2 free revisions (adjustments).
  • If work on the track has not yet been started by the engineer (order status 'Paid' but not 'In Progress'), the Customer has the right to request a full refund.

3. File storage

  • The Service Provider guarantees the storage of source files and finished masters on the service's servers for a period of at least 1 (one) year from the date of upload.
  • After this period expires, claims regarding the loss or deletion of files will not be accepted, and the Service Provider reserves the right to delete the data to free up server space.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • All audio materials, track titles, artist names, and accompanying comments transferred to the Final Master Lab system are considered strictly confidential information.
  • The Service Provider guarantees that your unfinished or unreleased audio recordings will not be published, transferred to third parties, or publicly displayed without your express written consent.
  • Files are stored on secure servers accessible exclusively to the engineer working on your project.
